The Super Blue Blood Moon

I woke up really early this morning and my dear friend Cara and I headed up to Hawk Hill in the Marin Headlands to check out the eclipse. It was such an surreal sight to see a full moon in the sky and also be able to see all the stars. It felt less like a moon and more like a dimly lit planet. Every minute the shade of the moon and the shadow the earth casted onto it changed angles preventing you from ever wanting to stop looking at it. Here is a shot I captured with my Sony A7RII and the 24-70 G Master lens.
